Our Pops concert returns!

March 22, 2025, 3 pm

A favorite of our audience, we bring back our Pops concert on March 22, 2025 which will include Broadway hits, music from the movies and light classics.  Performers Carolann Sanita & Mark Sanders will be featured, and the orchestra will be under the direction of Dr. Steven Moore.  Our concert takes place at Moorings Presbyterian Church (791 Harbour Drive, Naples) and a reception follows the concert.

Broadway Pops concert - March 22, 2025

Our Pops concert returns!

Always an NCO audience favorite, our Pops concert will be returning for the 2025 Season.  We will be performing a wide selection of broadway tunes and music from the Silver Screen.  You will not want to miss it!

We will be featuring local performers, Mark Sanders and Carolann Sanita, who have charmed audiences throughout Southwest Florida. Dr. Steven Moore will take the conductor's podium for this concert.

Carolann Sanita

Carolann Sanita has toured as Marian in the first national tour of The Music Man and internationally as Maria in the European and Asian tours of West Side Story. She has a wide range of credits including No, No Nanette, Les Miserables, and Beauty and the Beast just to name a few from a very long list of credits! Locally, Carolann has been a soloist with the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra, the Gulfcoast Symphony Orchestra, and the SWFL Symphony Orchestra. Carolann is the owner of CSV Vocal Studio, LLC and an Adjunct Voice Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University.

Mark Sanders has been nominated twice for the 'Tribute Artist of the Year' Josie Award, the largest International Independent Artist Awards ceremony.  As an actor, he garnered critically acclaimed performances from contemporary musicals such as Next to Normal, Murder Ballad (Carbonell Award), Mamma Mia!, Phantom and Jesus Christ Superstar to classics such as Carousel, My Fair Lady and Guys and Dolls.  His most acclaimed performances, however, have been his solo concerts. His soaring tenor voice and connection with audiences have given him a following across the United States.

Steven Moore

Steven Moore has led various ensembles, including adult bands and orchestras in Kentucky, Colorado, Missouri, and Miami, Florida. For the past six years, Steven has served as a regular guest conductor for the highly-acclaimed Greater Miami Symphonic Bands. He is currently the Music Director and Conductor of The Naples Concert Band, carrying forward a rich legacy of excellence for over 50 years. Prior to returning to Naples, Steven served as Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies at the Frost School of Music, University of Miami (2013-2023) where he supervised curriculum, scholarships, and academic success for 500 undergraduate students across 14 degree programs.
