Committed To Students

Supporting students studying music is an integral part of our mission. Students have the opportunity to participate in the orchestra, apply for scholarship awards, and attend all concerts for free.

In 2005, Naples Community Orchestra, then Naples Orchestra & Chorus, created the Ralph Stewart Student Scholarship Program to recognize a graduating high school student who had participated in the orchestra or chorus with a $1,000.00 scholarship to use for their future education. Since then, the program has been modified to recognize graduating college seniors. Students must submit an application form and a letter from their music teacher or Guidance Counsellor to attest to the student’s accomplishments.

About Naples Community Orchestra

Naples Community Orchestra is Naples premier community orchestra. Founded in 1993, the organization is dedicated to bringing the finest in orchestral performance to Naples.

After two seasons necessarily condensed due to Covid, NCO begins it’s 29th season of continuous performances in Naples. We are excited to present a season that will see the return of our full orchestra, feature virtuoso soloists, and delight our community with programs of classical and popular music.

Volunteer and get behind
the scenes

Although the obvious aspect of what we do is music, that isn’t all we work on when we’re not “in-season”. Planning our season involves many tasks, such as printing our season brochure and playbills, placing newspaper ads and more! If you love hearing our orchestra, won’t you consider getting behind the scenes to help NCO produce its 2022 season?
